As an entrepreneur in a highly competitive industry, I had sacrificed the essentials—sleep, energy, health—all because I lacked awareness of simple practices that could have transformed my life.

Everything changed when I discovered and applied a few fundamental practices. Within weeks—not months or years—my life improved exponentially. I reclaimed my sleep, my focus sharpened, and with it came a clarity I hadn’t experienced in years. That’s when I knew I had to share this knowledge with others.
The truth is, a little awareness goes a long way. You don’t have to choose between vibrant health, a fulfilling career, nurturing relationships, or spiritual well-being. You can have it all—without sacrifice.
My approach isn’t complex; it’s elegant in its simplicity. I’ve spent over a decade working with teachers, guides, and channelers while exploring methodologies from traditions worldwide. I’ve distilled this wisdom into practical techniques that integrate seamlessly into modern life—even for the busiest, screen-obsessed city dwellers.
I started by fixing my own sleep habits using traditional wisdom. Then, I refined my waking routines. With minor adjustments to food consumption and a deliberate approach to mental clarity, I overcame addictions of all kinds.
Along the way, I became skilled in sleep coaching. I’m currently deepening my practice of Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) under the guidance of my Guru, Guru Pashupati, a direct disciple of the immortal Himalayan Yogi, Mahavatar Babaji. I’ve also absorbed wisdom from various teachers who have appeared on my path. From Adamus St. Germain (channeled by Geoffrey Hoppe of Crimson Circle), I learned a great deal about metaphysics and its practical applications in everyday life. From Daniel Raphael of Dreamporting, who studied under shamans and wizards from the world, I learnt about different modalities for emotional healing. From the late Dr. Vijaya Venkat, I learned the essential principles of transitioning from illness to wellness.
But enough about my journey—let me share what this work has done for others.
